[2hrs on probation] kung fu kitchen (Northbridge) 2019 👎🏽 (功夫小廚試工記)

 
Don't get me wrong! I'm not saying the food there wasn't good. 
Just only the staff there seems not so good in that restaurant.
The main core of Hospitality is to be genuine! They didn't show that attitude at all. (That's move on to the scoring!)


首先,別誤會我的意思!我個人覺得這間餐館的食物應該是不錯吃的。
只是員工素質有點差。在狂婆看來,服務業的主要核心是"真誠"!但很可惜的今日試工我沒有看到太多~(來看看簡易記分吧!)

Hygiene Standards: 60 (better than the one "Taiwan-based HOT POT restaurant" which I joined for 2 days only in 2015 and has closed down anyway, that restaurant I scored its hygiene at 40.)
衛生標準:60分(比我在2015年僅加入2天的“台灣某間火鍋餐廳”更好,但無論如何那間已經倒閉了,40分!不能再多。兩間都有破碗繼續用我實在搖頭~)

organization: 30 (worse than the Taiwan-based HOT POT restaurant which at least shows the floor plan clearly and manages all the staff position efficiently.)
組織管理:30分(比台灣某間火鍋餐廳更差,那間火鍋至少能清楚指導分區作業避免無頭蒼蠅,這間智能低落的要兩個人做同一份工頗不簡單。)

food: 80 excellent! (MSG=GOOD FLAVOR!)
食物美味程度:80分給它拍拍手超優秀!(有了味精=世界無敵美味!)

staff: ?? maybe 50? (Leader should be more approachable but sorry she didn't get the criteria, and same as the bartender, who always wearing a black face to everyone. Some PT still OK, but they are just staff.)
️員工素質:不太清楚怎麼給分~也許給個50吧?(先說領導者應該更平易近人,但對不起,她沒有達到標準,另外吧檯的員工也是一樣,總是臉一副屎樣。有些PT還行,但他們只是小員工不能納入計分。)



overall:(60+30+80+50/4=55) acting like a fast speed food place but not really organized, food can be delicious, if you are a customer, it's worth to try it! And if you want to be their staff, go for the trailer and never be shamed if you are rejected! Because there are not built on good criteria(I only have a chance to observe the floor management, only few seconds I can step into the kitchen, I think that the kitchen was quite OK, comparing with the serving region’s hygiene.), and you can choose not to work there anytime. Also, that's the time that helps you think more clearly whether you like to be a Chinese restaurant staff or reconsider other chances. :) 
總而言之:(60 + 30 + 80 + 50/4 = 55)表現得像一個很忙碌的餐館,但沒有真正的組織力,以前我們餐館滿席也沒他們亂= =我的老天…..我從同到尾看他們只有10桌在流動有新員工要在一小時all-round我只好說謝謝再聯絡~掰掰!食物聞起來應該是蠻美味的,如果你是客人想嘗試吃吃看,我想絕對值得一試!但如果你想成為他們的員工,放膽投履歷吧!如果你被拒絕先別急著難過!基本上一家不合格的工作環境(備註:姊只觀察到外場,內場可能不錯,有稍微進去晃一下,覺得內場好像有比外場乾淨),你可以自由選擇是否要在那裡工作不用自責。所以有機會來到Perth伯斯的背包客們,提供給各位參考唷。 :)

I think I'm getting old, even a little non-paid probation can make me write so many comments.

It brings all my memory back of the time when I was once worked in Singapore-based restaurant "Kung Fu Paradise".That was totally a different story!

Though the company's organization was too big so that we were only a screw at that time and cannot do anything significant. But at least they have well-organized regulation like 5S(Sort, straighten, shine, standardize, and sustain. )all around their branches. That was in 2013. 

From the point of cleanness, service, I would definitely choose SG.  
From the point of "yum", well~~~~ more MSG more tasty! CN NO.1!

Um.....What about Taiwan?  The golden middle way! Neutral! Still taste good! Healthy!
好吧~這似乎是我第一次去預告片!感謝伯斯北橋功夫廚房,我終於有動力再生一篇新文!
….與此同時,我感覺我老了,即使是一個小小的兩小時無酬試工也能讓我寫出這麼多的評論...WTF

每當有爛餐廳的時候我總會想起曾在新加坡的餐廳“樂天功夫”工作時。那真的是天差地遠的等級區隔!

雖然樂天也有它當初被我詬病的小缺點,像是因為公司的組織太大,以至於我們當時只是一個小螺絲釘,只能看著公司不太有行銷活力的promotion,完全無法幫忙策畫任何重大方針。但至少他們在各分支品牌都有良好的組織監管,如5S衛生標準等(排序,整潔,光亮,標準化和維持)。當時才2013年他們就已經如此謹慎了。


從清潔,服務的角度來看,我肯定會選擇新加坡。
從“好滋味”角度來看,味精=神之美味!中國 NO.1
…..那台灣呢?台灣喔!中庸之道!感覺不會吃死人~嗯!
